Hayden D. Adams

Hayden D. Adams grew up in Gonzales, Louisiana. Hayden began his undergraduate studies at Delgado Community College, where he pitched for the 2016 NJCAA Division 1 Baseball World Series team. He completed his undergraduate studies at Louisiana State University in 2019, where he majored in History.

Upon graduation from LSU, Hayden worked in the solar industry across Nevada and Oklahoma. After helping one of his clients through a small legal scuffle, Hayden was inspired and enrolled at Southern University Law Center, where he earned his Juris Doctor and graduated cum laude. During his time at SULC, Hayden served as Chairperson for the Moot Court Board and Senior Editor of Law Review. As a competitor, he won the Best-Brief Award in the Intraschool Moot Court Competition and was extended membership to the Order of Barristers, a national honor society which grants membership to graduating law students who demonstrate exceptional skills in oral advocacy and brief writing.

Outside the classroom, Hayden spent time as a law clerk for the Louisiana Department of Insurance, as a student attorney in SULC’s Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, and as a legislative aide to State Senator Eddie J. Lambert of the 18th District. He has also been featured as a guest on the Michael Smerconish Program aired on SiriusXM’s POTUS Channel to discuss his knowledge and scholarship around the application of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(3) under the Second Amendment framework set forth by the United States Supreme Court in New York Rifle & Pistol Ass’n v. Bruen.

Above all things, Hayden values character, integrity, and the continued development of meaningful relationships, which he carries into his law practice to provide superb service to all his clients and the community at large.
